Tags removed, but I would guess a size Large in Women’s — 27in width, 24.5in length (see photos) I’m 5’5” as a model
Note: the neck hole is a little small, not tight, but I have to take off my glasses to get the sweatshirt on/off - hood is slightly heavy but not uncomfortable (only noting because I have sensory sensitivity and notice these things but am not bothered by them)
